Yes agree. Thats why i was so peed off with them Sat, they waved the white flag too easily 
I think we might actually give Hull KR a game for about 30 mins.... but i can't see us winning. |

In response to the original post YES HE CAN.
I find it incredible that people can be critical of Terry Matterson's work at Cas' he has worked on a shoe string budget taking us to within an inch of Wembley and the playoffs, and whats more he would have surely taken us to both without the unfortunate run of injuries we have had.
Everyone in the game seems to recognise Matterson as a fantastic coach who has done a fabulous job with us except that is for the people he has helped the most the fans of his club.
I know people are going to say well he just didn't take us far enough but I think we have to be realistic, I can only hope that Ian Millward is given more support and more recognition for whatever he achieves with us.

Gutted for Terry and all the boys, 3 games since Easter where if we could have got over the line ugly I think would have changed our season: Saints away, Leeds semi and Saturday night. I know you can't take 27 rounds and package into defining moments, but I really think those are the three pivotal points we turned on.
I know you make your own luck and the harder you work the luckier you get - but if we could have won ugly and got a break in one or in fact all of those three games, I think we would be defining TM's era differently without taking anything away from HKR, Saints or Leeds.
Huge shame, but that's history now and I echo what everyone else has said, if you look at the 10 players we were missing and add them in to the side that played on Saturday, then I think we have a lot to be excited about in 2012. Fingers crossed that we learn and are stronger for the experience.
All aboard the rollercoaster for 2012!
