We dont play the ball quick enough in my opinion. When we play quick ball, like the odd occasion last night we can torment teams. Yes we havent got the largest pack in the league, but its the enthusiasm i would like to see in getting up to play the ball asap, wainwright was one of the best in the league, most of the time he got out muscled but he was always first to his feet, allowing us to get on the front foot again.
I don't think we're ever allowed to. A lot of teams seem able to slow us down to the absolute limit of what's allowable as little effort seems to be taken by officials to deter such behaviour, although I don't think 5 and 6 second play the balls are what the RFL aspire to.
The problem we have is how much we let it affect us when our attack is slowed down - always guilty of letting our opponents dictate the pace of the game, rather than do it ourselves.
