We were knackered in the last twenty, but saying that KR were class today, speed of play etc etc, Ref was poop for both teams. Well done to them, the best team won

The week off will do us good.

We have won 5 of our last 7 games. I'm sure we would have all taken that. There's no panic, we were beaten by a better team today.

I wish I had titled this thread better as I'm not knocking the effort of our team on the whole. I was pointing out that as supporters, we have control over our efforts in helping the team to win and today I thought the supporters were only 'singing when we were winning'.

I apologise for derailing the thread a little bit, I think it is typical with any set of fans to be quiet when things go against their team but we weren't really vocal enough at any point today. Hull KR were fairly quiet until they were clear in front too but we never rallied behind our players today which was a shame as they appeared to need it in the second half.

Maybe if the 1000 fans that left the WRE second half had stayed then the atmosphere would have been better.

Pity we didn't play the other way first half.

This is true, I don't recall the last time we played towards the WRE in the second half.

No problem. There are posters names on here that I recognise as level headed, reasoned and worth reading. Yours is one of them, that's why I thought the 'rumour' thread seemed a little outta place.

Completely agree. After the noise and influence the HKR fans put on the ref today, it's a shame the 'Princess Street' thing never really took off.

Thought Chase was causing them all sorts of problems, especially in the first 20 but then seemd to get a knock and wasn't the same for the rest of the match.

KR were far better but can't believe how they were allowed to get away with the laying on and slowing down at the ptb

Having driven back over the pennines and thought it over I thought we were quite good today. Had one or two things gone our way and one or two passes stuck we could have won.

But hats off to what is a very very good HKR side. Having seen that could they be written off as a GF prospect? I dont think so.

dont want to take anything away from HKR today but does anyone think that the players may have had next weeks pi$$ up in spain at the back of their minds, because they certainly didnt have there minds on the game in the 2nd half.
