Players need to respect Millward, or he should go. : Fri Oct 12, 2012 10:15 am
If castleford are to perform at their maximum, the player must respect Millward. it is a two edged sword and Millward must also treat the players with respect, we hear rumours of how he treated players and we hear him on local radio being very abrupt. I think it is a big ask and I doubt if this will happen as Ian Millward is ian Millward and you cant teach an old dog new tricks.Cas can only afford him half a dozen games at the most and then a judgement must be made. John kear seems an ideal replacement for me, forget about style of rugby for starters I am afraid it is all about winning, a few wins makes all the difference to team spirit and performances ask Rich Agar.
Anyway onwards and upwards, always knew Wheldon Road would be our spiritual home, too many ashes of supporters scattered there to move.
