Doubtful whether Wakefield Met woulld allow two grounds to be built so close to each other. Castleford already have full pllanning permission,Highways would have to be involved to create access from M62. Wakefield may have plans for a new ground but it won't be at Newmarket.

On the topic of GH though, hopefully if these rumours of Tricky Dicky being usurped are true then the process may be speeded up, would be great to have 2 quality stadiums in the district. Best of luck!
