That's not the club asking the players to be a "crap product", is it though? Similarly, it's not the BoD not putting in the effort or missing the tackles. It's not the BoD missing conversions or getting sin-binned.
It's the BOD who give the contracts out.

Utter rot. RW is one of the most open CEO's I know. I've never, ever seen another CEO take time out to email fans back or to meet them when they have concerns. Similarly, though Tigers Together and Fans Forum group, the whole BoD are willing to listen to the fans. Some just prefer to stay away and vilify them from a distance without actually having a clue.
Yeah he meets with people, replies to emails etc but it's always in one ear and right out the other, the man is a joke.

That was IM's choice. The budget was there for quality players but he then run the risk of losing our star players. We know have a backbone of our squad signed up long term and with a future budget to build quality around them and depth. Stick your fingers in your ears and go la la la la all you want but you know this actually makes sense.
How is that even close to being a good idea? Add 2-3 quality players this year, add another couple next year - you get a stronger team this year with the backbone that was already in place then next year that team gets stronger again.
Oh yeah, you and RW (and Millward it seems) are too stupid to realise you BUILD on momentum, not have a gap year
If the club had added Kaufusi & Paea (possibly Mika too) this team would have at least 2 more wins...and all 3 players are in an area of weakness for the team.
