He inspires players, he gives them self belief. He encourages them to take the risk if they feel its on. He reads a game and spots weakness, formulating game plans players understand and buy into - they feel they will win even when losing.
Hope you can keep Chase, although he didnt look too interested last 2 sky games imo, as he will love it under Basil. Ask Emmitt what he thinks after a season on dual, until Saints dragged him back.
