Before Cas went on this losing run, a lot of RL fans were saying how refreshing it was to see the likes of Cas and Huddersfield up there mixing it with the big 3 from the other end of the M62. I agreed, but did point out the easy fixture list Cas had been dealt. Huddersfield was a superb win, but you did beat Hull when they were still finding there feet. Warrington will not run away with things this season as I feel the top 4 are on a par and it could be one of the best play-off series yet, come September. Cas will make the top 8, but fans have got to be realistic - your only chance of a trophy is the CC and why not?

I hope Cas manage to turn things round 'cos we need competitive derby matches in West Yorkshire and seeing as though the Bulls will be as bad as ever this season we need a strong Cas.

Why doesn't this accounting tycoon (or what ever he is) that’s worth £millions£ dip his hand in his pocket and sign some players for you? We’ve had about a hundred press releases from Dickie Wright telling us how he's investing in Cas, blah blah blah. If he's such a big backer why didn't you get him to invest pre season on some more signings to bulk your squad up, maybe you would have some strength in depth then!

Same reason Your new owner hasn't I suspect, and why would we jeopardise our SL status by risking going into Admin and the leave the door open for your sorry excuse for a club to sneak back in.

Because you then have to have live with the wages year on year until their contract expires?

In which case, you have to hope that said sponsor keeps dipping his hand in his pocket or that revenues increase and fans come out of the woodwork.

The point I’m trying to make is that this guy is not what he is cracked up to be. He is certainly not the big backer that Dickie Wright makes. The perception that’s given off Dickie and a lot of the Cas fans is the he is some kind of Roman Abramovich! In reality he is no difference than what Eric France is to Wakefield, at least Eric has proved he’s staying power.

Maybe Faisal is sitting on the fence until July as he sponsors two clubs fighting it out for a franchise,and any cash injection for one over the other wouldn't be seen as fair?...just a guess.

I don't think anyone has made him out to be an investor, owner or big money backer. He's a sponsor, who's put money in and showed a lot of enthusiasm.

You can interpret that how you want but I'm pretty sure Cas fans don't suddenly think that Feisal Nahaboo is going to bankroll us.
