Ryan Boyle : Fri Feb 26, 2010 10:58 pm
I was at Salford v Bradford tonight as my school has massive links with the Reds.

Ryan Boyle went really well and smashed Jamie Langley, and took the best Scruton could give in his stride. Really appears to be benefiting from more field time and being a starting prop.

Really cannot work out why we prefered to pay for Jackson that invest in a great young prop who wanted to play for Cas?

On the same note, what were the circumstances of Liam Watts leaving? I was impressed with him recently too.

Dodgy ankle, even dodgier personality think he's a big shot and has/had a very bad attitude problem, hence his release.

He is young. If every club did that there would be a lot of spare players about. You need to work with, not offload. Thats all part of the coaching process. If self proclaimed "big shots" were all released the Premier League would cease to be!

His ankle went well tonight!

"I'm sorry, but I would hope that we would beat Cas with a 1 day turnaround."

An arrogant Wigan fan a few days before we stuffed them 18-4 at the JJB.

Re: Ryan Boyle : Fri Feb 26, 2010 11:29 pm
Even if Boyle was still with us, I wouldn't put him in our starting 17 :\ sorry.

Who was Watts' ankle playing for? The rest of his anatomy might be playing against us tomorrow.

might? will be playing.

Think you might be rather upset that your club let him go after today, coming on quite well over here.

I read that Leeds-Bradford is an airport and that Wigan-St Helens is a rivalry. It's one I can't wait for

After all, rugby league has a history of ideas that appear madcap at first but are taken up elsewhere, usually by rugby union

Christopher Irvine - The Times

Wire fans, like Leeds fans, are fickle as feck, and mostly glory supporters.

I will never forget that atmosphere at Knowsley Road on Good Friday when the final hooter sounded. On behalf of all the fellas thank you so much for being the greatest fans in the world.
