Well looks like we have signed Marc Snaeyd on a seasons loan.....

What's peoples opinions? and who is likely to follow?

An Inexperienced player who has openly said he doesn't want to join us on loan...i am over the moon about that signing, i can only hope we could sign a 30 odd year old defensive liability to improve our leaky rearguard and an off the rails half back too before i ring the ticket hotline

Anyone that comes in at half back is going to have big boots to fill. I dont rate Ellis at all, id like to start next season with a brand new half back pairing. We need someone that will attack the line like Rangi does.

I'm sure Daryl will have something up his sleeve. It was only a matter of time before Rangi moved on, although I thought it would be to a big club myself. Surely we had a plan before we sold him (I hope we did anyway)?

Did Sneyd tell you this personally or did you get it from some mischief making agent or journo ?

I think Sneyd will shine for you guys next year, given half a chance. He's no Chase, obviously, but the guy is still young and has bags of potential. His goalkicking alone would have won you guys a few games this year!

I'm hoping he comes back to Salford after the loan, but I'm starting to have doubts now I've heard you've got an option to sign him!

Sneyd has never said he doesn't want to play for Cas, he showed some loyalty & wanted to stay at his home town club, it's just a shame our lads don't show the same loyalty, but Sneyd is a professional RL player & he will give his all next season.

I'm very sorry to say the flat cap mentally as arrived the signings are poor to say the least

Marc Sneyd will be a good signing for you, he has an excellent kicking game and handling skills. He’s only a young lad, so he’s hungry and will want to impress Brian Noble enough to warrant a recall to Salford for 2015.

sneyd is a good player, i personally think you have the best british coach in the league in powell too, he knows how to get the best out of players and he will turn you into a top side once again, look at the difference in half a season under powell wait till he has a full pre-season with the players he brings in himself, top coach who id love to have had at salford but nobles name and super league rep got the nod. good luck to sneyd and powell at the tigers, i think top 8 for you guys under powell
