Bradford's pack looked big & slow when i watched their game vs Fev the other week, by contrast, I thought our forwards were magnificent against London. We'll miss Bob's industry & aggression for certain but if we win the middle we'll beat them by 20+

from the 21 man squad the side i would pick 1 grix 2 saltonstall 3 barber 4 mcomb 5 rawsthorne 6 harris 7 robinson 8 morris 9 moore 10 murray 11 garside 12 hewitt 13 larroyer subs 14 springer 15 kavanagh 16 brearley 17 worthington what i would do with worthington after about 25 mins give larroyer a rest and move barber to loose forward with worthington coming on at Centre

I'm sure he will want our loanee hooker from Wigan in the 17 this week - if we don't play him Wigan will take him back and from the highlights I've seen that would be a shame. Similarly would be very surprised if he didn't start Worthington in the centre. Feel a bit sorry for Barber who was excellent at centre, his versatility means he will probably start in the pack but provides excellent cover for the backs in case of injury.

We are now at a point where the starting 17 isn't easy to pick which bodes well for the season. Assuming both that Worthington will be starting and we will go with a hooker on the bench, Mcomb and Barber will both be playing after their last outings so I would be thinking one of Garside, Kavanagh, Hewitt, or Brearley to miss out. With Fairbank and Tangata been likely members of any 17 Grix finally has some selection problems.

The pressure is on tomorrow to put in a good performance against a team that will probably miss out on the top 6 but might be capable of the odd surprise result.

Brian Noble is one of the most neutral commentators available. Says it as he sees.

As for the result Sunday I think we will see an improved performance from the Bulls but not enough to win.

You clearly didn't watch the Toronto broadcasts...it was all very mild passive aggressive stuff but you couldn't miss all the comments such as "the referee has adjudged that to be a knock on" if Toronto dropped the ball.

i think your right it is getting harder to pick a starting 17 and simon does seem to like to have 2 hookers in the 17 i would have gone with just 1 in moore for the bradford game but we all see things differently does anybody know whats happened to woodburn-hall is he injured or being left out

I think it were reported that he had broke his hand but my memory is not what it used to be.

Having coached at both teams hopefully he is a little more evenly aligned tomorrow. :D
