saxoVTS tried to start a thread and got "short shrift" form Nat, who closed it saying it would invite negative comments.
Today the courier has printed the same story, so I think it is worth discussing.
Should we segregate this Sunday?
Should Fev segregate when we are there?
Remember, no trouble at any recent match has occured during the game.
So I say, let's all have a drink in the South Stand Bar, let's us all stand together, lets have banter, and enjoy the day.
Blimey, if you put Fev in the Skircoat Stand, there's no Bar, no chip and burger van, that's a riot waiting to happen.

Sadly as it is still RL but the correct decision.
Not getting into why as some people will jump down my throat if I say owt but hopefully things will pass off without any problems.
Don't think we have much chance on the field though sadly with all the players out that we have, never mind we have the league games to look forward to when we will hopefully have most of them back.

I'm certain there won't be any problems on Sunday, but I do think concerning everything that's happened that it's necessary. The way we'll get round this is by the clubs putting on a cracking spectacle and for us to create a cracking atmosphere and fundamentally by reporting any potential trouble that does arise.

Should be an absolute belter of a game though!

Our chairman as spoke on our web site and he is right we need to build bridges now I don't think we should now be segregated I will be comin with the family and would of been happy to stand behind the stick with the Fax fans and had a chat with them Anyway it's not to be again will we be allowed in the club at the back of your stand or will we be stopped from there ? Let's hope for a good game and I think it will be very close come 80 minutes

I hope you are correct DARE and there isn't any trouble, and suspect that there will not be and again woulldn't be if we got to mingle in the south stand.

However I suspect that on this occation it is probably the right choice to segregate the two sets of fans. I hope though that this decision is changed for future games.

Probably better fans are segregated at Fax, because at most grounds you can change ends and stand behind the goal your team is attacking, at Fax until the other stand is open everyone is stood up behind 1 goal and thats not good. I remember the other year before the grand final incident there was problems. I dont think there will be any need when the game is at Fev because the club have this season hired a new security firm who looked the part last Sun and fans can change ends and stand behind the end there attacking

They've now got the best man possible in charge of stadium security at our gaffe!!

Its a shame it still goes on but I will go with whatever the clubs decide. As Grinder says, hope to meet a few before the game for a beer and a bit of banter.
