the 5 games in champ 2 this aft averaged 70 points per game!

that with the brad v cas 40-38 score and leeds v hull 30-43?!
wats goin on with the defence?,
widnes 78, fax 48, fev v gateshead 2day aswell 56 - 40!lol

the ozzies are even chippin in!

panthers 38-34 eels!

this is why our game is the best and most entertaining in the world!!

A few more points this weekend cos of the hot weather I suppose ... sometimes I feel 'nackered just watching the players retreat 10 yards at every tackle, then charge forward, try and down a 17 stoner, retreat 10 yards ... quickly ... no wonder defences get tired and there's points galore. Try watching a match on video from the 80s (preferably Halifax 19 Scouse 18 in '87 ) and you'll appreciate how much harder it was for a team to break down defences when they only had to retreat 5 yards ... less room to work in and a less tired defence. Obvious statement I suppose! And in those days if you went 18 nil up you was confident of winning .... now you have to be 30 points up with 10 minutes to go before you can breathe easy!

Funnily enough I was concerned on Friday even at 24-6, cos Leigh seemed to get second wind and blew a great chance when they knocked it on over the line which would have made it 24-12. Tis a funny ol' game starbug, tis a funny ol' game

The thing is though , we have only scored more than 25 once this season

28 against Batley , which we lost that is the reason we are not feeling very confident about staying up , we have an average of 18.6 points per game and apart from Donny have scored over 100 points less than every other Championship club

Having seen a picture of the ground the pitch looks wide which will suit us know end and it obviously suits Toulouse so should be a cracker. Will be a great trip too.

Wasn't half nervy viewing at Fev today. Crackin' game, but I thought that was us dropping in to the relegation zone without even playing a game when Thunder pulled within two points.
