The thread in question, for some unknown reason, has been deleted where you asked for the teams in that match at Featherstone. The match was the 2nd round of the Regal Trophy and played 24/11/1991 at Post Office Road in front of 5,362.

No we played in the green away strip. The one that was exact same design as home kit but in green not blue

No, it was Andy Fisher, and he was sent off for it. I remember a bunch of Fev fans in front of us applauding Fisher, saying "Nice one , Andy" and all that as Watson was laid out. What a bunch of 'nob 'eads.

I think the marbles were still spinning round in Watson's head because it was down his side where the 2nd half onslaught happened, with Simpson and Newlove running riot. I've never seen such a dramatic Halifax capitulation .... ever.
