So what if any are the rules on loan players in the NRC, I presume you obviously can't play a player that has already played for somebody else in the competition.
Is there a deadline at all???
Can you sign players right up to the Final and play them?
That would include loan players, especially SL ones.

Anybody know?
Thought Grayshon didnt play for Widnes on Sunday as the deadline had gone. Dont know exactly when this is though & seems strange if the deadline is after the league stage
I'm not sure, but if you reach the quarters of the Challenge Cup you can sign players who've played in Earlier rounds (provided they're signed by a certain date) and they aren't cup tied.
For Example Ben Seru (think thats his name) Played for the Army vs Oldham last year, and later signed for Oldham and played for them in the quarter finals vs Wakefield
KNOCK OUT STAGES
B5:2 The Operational Rules (Section B1, B2 & B4) apply to the knock out stages of the
Championship Cup in all respects except as set out below:
(a) A free draw will operate in the knock out stages, the home team being the first
out of the bag.
(b) The Final will be played on a neutral ground as directed by the Board.
(c) Players correctly registered at the time of the match may play in any play offs
that the Board require
(d) Only players correctly registered on the Friday immediately prior to the weekend scheduled for the quarter-finals are eligible to play in the quarter finals, semi finals or finals of the competition (where a game is played prior to the weekend ie Thursday or another mid week night then for that game only players must be registered prior to the game concerned). (e) The Challenge Cup Levy does not apply to this competition

This is another area where the RFL are weak. If players were not registered in the Group games then really they should not be allowed to play in any rounds after that. And Hull broke the rules last year in the cup and the RFL were very weak-as usual.
