Hi folks

Just wanted to mention that there is a Wheelchair RL Festival at North Bridge Leisure Centre on Sunday from 10.00 am.

We are getting to the fundraising bit of our year again and I know that there were some fab Fax fans willing to have a charity match last year so this would be a great introduction to the game for you guys.

Just come along and introduce yourself, remember this game is played by both disabled and non disabled players and that there is a launch of a new Halifax team in the offing too.

Everyone welcome of all ages and both sexes so I hope we might see some of you there.

Really good event today. My hands are sore though.

The internationals that were there are really good.

Not sure on the refereeing

Halifax is the only side to boast both a TAG side and a Wheelchair TAG side.

Glad you enjoyed it and at least you know for future games that fingerless leather gloves are an advantage when your new to the game. It was great to have so many of you there on Sunday and the whole Festival went really well.

As for the Refereeing, he was being gentle with you really, he also had a Ref new to Refereeing the Wheelchair game, I'm sure he will read this this though.
