Top effort today they really tried hard and whilst Swinton had most of the ball and were on the attack more than Siddal they werev made to look very poor.
Unlucky late on nearly snatched it at the death.
Great crowd too over 1K.

Did the amateur game proud, at times Siddal were the better rugby team.
Enjoyed the match.

Totally agree with everything written Siddal played well,they played as a team and they didn't deserve to lose right at the end.Lots of good rugby made for an enjoyable game.Loved the enthusiasm of the Siddal players as they went off at half time compared to the Swinton team who looked VERY concerned. Nice to see some of the lads who played for Fax U-21s(or whatever it is now)in previous years still with enthusiasm for the game,let's hope they are still so keen when Fax need players for reserves (or whatever)next season.Good to see Matt Calland,Gonzalez and Bally along with a number of the Fax squad(and Gibbo)supporting Siddal.Holroyd knee injury? kept him out of game though it didn't seem to be bothering him as he strutted around before the game.
Again well done to ALL connected with Siddal,good luck for rest of season,you should be VERY proud of what you did yesterday.
