Unfortunately HMRC wouldn't get the Vat back but with Green being the club's biggest creditor the charge would be removed meaning only a 6 point deduction for RFL as most of the debts would effectively have been paid off.
Pretty good that and it would preserve the championship's biggest draw. Which would be great news for all of us.

One key point that seems to be missing here is what about all those small busineses that have supported your club? (possibly 3 times in your pattern of one year in and one year out administration) They may not be as lucky surviving the debt they will have to write off by such action.
