I REFUSE to have this sheeite stop me from engaging with any bug_ger else who likes rugby League! They can bol_lox! This is my sport. This is my enjoyment. I enjoy craic with almost everyone who watches our game.

Those that want to kick off regardless off which teams colours they wear can just (I'll use a different word the the verbage of choice) - SOD OFF!!!

i just hope that there is evidence to support the prosecution of whoever was involved last night - i feel sad on how the reputation of a family sport is being dragged in the gutter and stopping me from taking my family to matches for safety sake

I said after the league game don't let a few idiots stop you going to the semi. After what I saw last night even I doubt I'll be going there again. It WAS the worst violence I have seen at a game of rugby. You could see it coming as soon as the whistle blew. As our players were coming towards us I looked to the right as I was behind the posts with not many fax fans to my right. Most were stood to the left of the posts. I clearly saw a huge group of lads and men building up and said something was going to happen.



It was very intimidateing and only a a couple of stewards were there. They DID start it, leatherd a couple of fax fans who then retaliated. I got to the car and onto post office road and it was worse. Only one police van at the time and I personally saw around twenty or thirty of em attack the lads that were behind the posts.



They chased em down the lane and one bald idiot started swinging again. It's a disgrace and the rfl need to act now

Worst case scenario was a golden point win. I said before the game if by some fluke we win again by golden point expect it to kick off. Was no surprise it did. Soon as the final whistle went they were at it behind us on the terracing, thought I was an extra in This Is England 2.



One of the fev fans "term used loosely" was heard to be saying we'll do the same to you that we did to the other fax fan.



First half they were a few fev fans stood in the fax end and some light banter turned insulting and I did notice a few of them body checking pepole as they walked past.



I'm not surprised some fax fans hit back when faced with the situation I witnessed, what are they supposed to do, stand there and get hit.



Also in a way I'm glad lats night happaned (as long as no serious injuries occured) as it just confirms and justifies what we all thought and knew.

The only people arrested last night by West Yorkshire police were wearing Fax tops, you may not like it and can abuse the messenger by that is the facts

Why dont you take your earlier advice and wait to see what comes out of the arrests / convictions. To keep posting on this issue is only adding fuel to an already raging fire, but then again you cant do it on your own forum, so you come on here to wind us up.



Well its not going to work. I believe the problem to be between a set of Fev fans and a set of Fax fans, who have had to much of the falling down juice.

I came to game straight from work. I changed outside the ground before kick off. I was so concerned while sat in my car that I removed my fax shirt and put my work shirt back on. No way to be. It was an unreal sight sat there on the corner of the main road watching six police cars pile in and group after group, 'women' too, if that's what you'd call em, taunting and abusing anyone in a fax shirt. As for the lads that got jumped, they were walking wounded with blood on their shirts but at least they were walking. And YES they were walking AWAY when chased

Or maybe of course i, like dozens of other fax fans are just lying and causing trouble.



Some Fev fans need to wake up and smell the coffee. I saw what happened, as did the fax fans in the car in front. Good thinking from the passenger, he got pictures on his phone and showed the police.



If therefore only fax fans got arrested, I'm moving to Libya, maybe we will get more fairly treated there. I am annoyed and upset by last night

I aint trying to wind any fka up pal, just know what i saw, i walked behind it all with my wife and son trying to keep them away from it all and i saw 2 groups of lads battling away, both parties well up for it, so it is a bit annoying when i then read it was all one sided, it wasnt and then walked by a cop van full of banged up fax fans, yes Rovers have a problem, but so do fax

Your advice earlier was to wait and see what comes out of it, I suggest you take your own advice.



What you have to realise is that not everyone in halifax thinks every fev fan is scum.

It was obvious it would kick off if we won and i said the Fev `fans` would be `up for it` with it been a semi and on TV. The pictures and videos taken should be put on here so everyone can judge for themselves and the culprits can be dealt with not hidden away like last time.

Must have different Police vans in Fev, None i have seen in west yorkshire have clear windows in so people can look in/out they have cages in the back of them and NO WINDOWS.

I'm not going to get into all of this, because i wasn't there.



But it is starting to get really serious now, and it's not just against us where trouble kicks off..



Every team does have their idiots, we know that, but if that was the sole reason then there would be violence throughout the league..

There were more films/photographs taken last night of the violence I cannot believe there will be no evidence to support convictions for public order offences at the very least. I am aware people were handcuffed by the police and taken away. I am aware that prosecutions are likely.

The bones will be picked over when the dust has settled. There were so many factors from last night to consider and many to act upon - NOW!!

I am heartily fed up of sheeite like this. Last night was a right spectacle of rugby for the neutral and fax fans. We ought to be discussing that - not this sheeite.

I am seriously hacked off today - well down in the dumps - and NOT for the result either. I've seen Fev lose afoore and will do again. But this stuff sickens me.

So come on, if you have the footage, you have the power. And don't be coy about this. If you have a film of a light blue/white shirt - don't protect these people under the guise of "it was fev, they were asking for it", get em shopped - regardless of who the were supporting!

Maybe some Fev fans will take their heads out of the sand now and admit the club has a BIG problem now? - Its ok to say it takes 2 to tango (and I agree to a point) BUT the BIG question is why did the Fev fans congreagte in the corner by the Fax fans after the game had ended?? - That is premeditated and demonstrates their readiness and willingness to cause trouble. IMO Its harder to actually walk away than strike back and I don't condone that either and I hope Fax fans involved are dealt with accordingly too but the sad reality is that this is not an isolated incident involving so called "Fev fans". Also isn't this the same plea "Get em Shopped" you are asking mate that we have been crying out for (for 9 months) after the Warrington incident? - I just hope someone has the guts to do what is right.

Chris, for the umpteenth time - the police have had names given to them re the warrington incident. That's a matter of public record. The police are fairly convinced who the perpetrators were on the back of repeatedly being given the same 2 names - but building a case without corroborative evidence that will convinct BEYOND ALL REASONABLE DOUBT, has proven difficult to the point where I now believe a conviction is unlikely.

Don't tell me people haven't shopped them - I know this to be abject cack!!!

Instead of bleatin on an internet forum - speak to the police. State your case - give them the info you know!!!!!

I decided not to post this before the match as emotions were running high as it was but for the Fev fans that feel there is no issue with their "supporters" or that it is not intimidating I would like to tell a short story through the eyes of a 9 year old girl and the effect Fev games have had on her with the sport we love.



2009 league game at home there was a man stood near the drummer (not wearing Fev colours though) looking really angry because his team had just gone behind so i smiled and said cheer up son. He tried to come round and hit me even though I had my child with me and luckily a fax fan saw what was happening and stopped him. My child was upset so we moved straight away and went in the seats when you could transfer.



2009 semi playoff - as a result my child asks for the only time that season if we could sit down for this game so that she "felt safe"



2010 - went away but she was teary throughout the game thinking something would happen especially when we changed ends



2010 final - had to convince my child to go to the final because it was Fev even though she goes home and away promising her there would be no trouble. We get evacuated as you know and she says why are the Fev fans acting like animals trying to get on the pitch to start trouble. She then hears that one of my friends has been punched after the game by a Fev fan who then just ran off (yes it was reported as part of the Dave Singer incident) and then sees Dave on the floor as we return and hears the news.



2011 home - she refuses to go to her first home game for 4 years without good reason only changing her mind when she hears that Fev fans are not allowed in our stand.



2011 away - says for the first time in 4 years she does not want to go to an away game and ask me also to not go as she fears for my safety which I agree to.



2011 semi - i agree not to go myself after she again pleads with me not to go as she fears for my safety so I agree and watch it on TV with her.



Just think this might put it in to perspective for some people on how this can effect the game we love.

The only people who can stop this sort of behaviour is the fans themselves , it is ultimatly they who will suffer , in any group of troublemakers there will only be a small number of ' starters ' with usually 3/4 times as many followers , get rid of the starters and the followers will not continue , however the longer this goes on the more ' starters ' you end up with



It is a bloody shame as it was a cracking match and a superb advertisement for our competition

Its like trying to s into the bleedin wind here, for the umpteenth time no fka is saying Fev havent a problem, but were telling you so have you, your the ones blind to the problem, i saw 2 gangs knocking 7 bells out of each other yesterday, both as bad as each other

The defeat I can take Steve. I watch Fev, it happens! What happened afterwards I can't. Dreadful do all round.

The Clubs board have sent out a clear message on the Clubs site re` after the Fev game clearly condemning any Halifax fans who entered the field of play at the end of the game or who were involved in violence even in retaliation.

Anyone identified with the violence will be banned from the club.

A clear message to all thankfully our board will show Featherstone how to react to bad behaviour at rugby matches.

I did not go last night as I have witnessed Fev fans on previous occasions and also know other clubs have had problems down there, however on reading Matt Callands call for everyone to go I nearly relented.I am so glad that reflecting on it we decided against as on the day we knew we would not get on a coach and we have a FAX number plate making our car a sitting duck. Plus having to rely on Fev to keep us safe did not seem a good option , how right we were .

I will never again enter that ground and if all opposing fans did that they would just be left with themselves to fight over. Anyone still deciding to go till it gets sorted out has every right to follow their team but at what cost.
