I can't wait to get to a game. just hope Covid doesn't bollox it up this time around.

F.G. The 3 Pigs awaits but whether the game does is a different matter. Fans will be allowed back in by this date but will away fans? We're booked for a weekend in Newcastle but we might have to put on a funny accent to get in't ground! P.S. We have a new real ale venue to show you in't Fax. :DRUNK:

Robin, tell the lass she'll have to wait. On the point of supporters attending games again we've booked a weekend in Newcastle for Fax's game on May 23rd. It never occurred to me that away fans won't be able to attend . Might be a good thing the way were leykin! :x Up The Fax. :DRUNK:

I've booked a hotel for 2 nights in Newcastle as well. Why shouldn't away supporters be able to attend? Crowds are allowed back in from the 17th and the ground has a pretty big capacity. Have you seen it stated somewhere?

Not regarding Rugby League but I've seen it mooted in football. Personally with the crowds we have in Championship RL I don't see reason for any restrictions at all.

We are currently waiting for clarification from Calderdale Council as it is actually the Council Safety Team that decide what stands and capacities can be in use for our games. All clubs are like this as individual councils manage the Safety certificate for council owned grounds.

We are having meetings with them next week after the latest Government guidelines are announced on Monday so will hopefully have more answers then. Capacities will still depend on the social distancing restrictions in place and various other factors including entry and exit points.

Currently we anticipate that tickets will go on sale for season ticket holders first for a limited period and then on public sale for the remaining capacity. Away fans are not allowed at the moment so it will be for Halifax fans only.

We will be promoting all details on our website and social media as soon as we have confirmation.

I shudder to think what " crowd" Halifax would actually get these days if fully open I am thinking of just staying in the 3 pigeons full stop and spending the entrance fee there.

Why would tickets go "on sale" for ST holders? They already have a ticket!

Because the way we have been playing some might want to sell theirs.
Little chance in having much interest though. :(
