There are a number of SL clubs looking for halves as well so if we can get anybody who is anywhere near it will be a job well done.

I am told that the Giants deal loan to us of Fawley will be free...yep free...so what's in it for them.

Simple it gets an overseas player off of their roster and we become a full DR in what is in essence makes us feeder club link.

It will mean we will see some quality players at the Shay and have a real chance of competing in the league, but despite how the BOD dress it up we will no longer be a truly independent club.

Not sure if its worth it or not, but we should see a winning team.

Where will these quality players come from? It's shuddersfield FFS!

Haven't been an independent club since 2014!

It’s all been said before with every DR partner.
HKR were going to own us, so were Salford and Cas.
Did they?
No.
The same will apply to any arrangement with Huddersfield or whoever.
Fax are as much an independent club as any other at our level, they may or may not benefit from any arrangements such as DR / loans but are they dependent on them.

I don't know owt about Frawley but reading the shuddersfield forum and talking to giants fans the answer would be no. He may not have cut it at SL level and be a standout in the Championship, that's the gamble.

I'm starting to hope the club fully commit to a DR arrangement with Huddersfield ASAP just so you do what you've been threatening for years and clear off and give up on the club. Sick of your tedious posts on here. BORING.

No they obviously don’t, as proved with every DR relationship Fax have been involved in, whether that be players offered to Fax or Fax offering players.

It’s just an “offer” that’s all.

The two clubs speak with one another.
One club says we have so and so available on DR this week, do you want any of them?

The partner club then adds these players to their own to form the full squad to choose from.

The coaching staff then pick a final 19 from that squad who will play that week based on a number of different factors.

Thankfully and being in the best position to know the selection process happens, none of which is based on their own unmovable bias or prejudice.

At no time do any club say to the partner club, these are the players available and you MUST play them.

It so simple to understand, really it is.
