Hmm. You may be right but that 2018 London team only made the top 4 with a point to spare and the team that got 10 SL wins this year wasn't vastly different. I don't think Toulouse are much better or much worse than 2018, Fev last backend were a better team than in 2018 imo albeit partly down to some very solid contributions from the DR players, and York have recruited well enough to suggest they should be solid again.
When you look at who London have got signed up for this season, it doesn't look anywhere near as strong on paper to me...taken from their forum (albeit posted a while ago). Not saying they won't be top 5, maybe top 2, but they have lost a lot of their better players.
