Perhaps Fax wouldn't take such delight in Fev's systematic inability to win big games, if their fans, save the odd good un, didn't come on here with their big 'I am' misplaced arrogance. The majority are obdurate morons.

End of the day, over the past three years of dominating semi pro rugby league, they boast a return of one trophy. Same as Batley, Sheffield and Leigh. In today's game, nobody remembers the winners of the league leaders shield.

A little humility would go a long way to saving yourself from a savage gloat when it all goes wrong for you. But it's funny that you give us that back rod

No complaints for me, we havent played well for a number of weeks and you will never win anything if you cant make any sort of break in 80 mins of rugby or show that bit of invention or take a risk like sheff did

Our on field descision making was abysmal, taking 2 points after hardly having any field posistion or territory was mind boggling, we havent bothered taking easy 2 pointers all season except in the semi and yesterday

Starting to feel finishing first is a poisoned chalice, Sheff played every week in the playoff series and we played once, its an easier route to the final but you lose match fitness and we were beaten up all over the pitch and then theres the 2010 season

I know we did it from the top in 2011 but we were streets ahead of most that season and signed an ex SL winger at the right time who wanted to prove numerous critics wrong, last season felt right, this however has not for whatever reason

If we get to the final again i think id rather do it from 3rd - 6th with a guaranteed game most weeks, like some have said no one remembers the league leaders

We didnt choke, we never looked like winning, Sheffield were by far the best team Mark Astons done a reyt job

Thanks for the congrats & the entertaining reading

The 1st Eagles match me & me missus went to 10 years ago, we lost 25-6 at home to Oldham - to think of the progress we've made since then is astounding.

Not just saying this because we won yesterday, but it's been an incredible championship season - think it will be even closer next season.

Well done on winning the NRC, all the best for 2013.
