Agreed Hudds and a good honest open meeting and just goes to show how communication can play a big part in the scheme of things, please follow this up periodically with how we are doing.
Although there is a lot of work to do the passion, spirit and intent from a lot of people to do it was clearly there and when expectations aren’t always reached I now better understand the reasons why.
I for one feel re motivated to do what I can wether it is buying the figurative pint or something else.
