The RIGHT decision would be to stick to their own rules and that means clubs who have not met the criteria should not be in SL, so by that we should be in and Wakey and Cas and even Salford OUT as they do not have their stadiums ready NOW.
But this being the corrupt RFL they will not stick to these rules and my bet is on us not getting in and I am not even sure they dare relegate anybody they will be too scared of being sued.
It a poop system end of story hate it and even non RL fans find it a weird and unfair system.
But while Fat Controller and his sidekick Lewis are in charge we have no chance.
Strange that as the last 3 years we have been one of the most succesful teams in our league on and off the pitch!
But our time will come when they need us to replace the defunct Crusaders and they will go belly up, said it many times and good riddance they should never have been let in (twice) anyway.

But this is where the RFL have given people the runaround. Just because Wakey haven't got a stadium doesn't mean that they haven't met the aggregate criteria. Just because Crusaders went bust doesn't stop them scoring points elsewhere. This is the beauty of their system. Aside from changing their own rules at will (and without announcement) they can also manipulate a club's total point scoring in a subjective way. In other words, they can have who the hell they want in SL. And talk of legal challenges? Do me a favour. On what basis is a challenge to be mounted? A lawyer will blow holes through any challenge quicker than a fart bubble rises in a bath.

A lesson we should all learn from the last three years - suck it up and deal with it. How do we get the RFL to let us in? We get a backer. Widnes went into administration for christ's sake and have won virtually feck all in three years. Yet they are in. They are in because they now have a backer with substantial monies. Money talks and the RFL are all ears. That's how we do it folks. The hunt is on . . . . . .

But that isn't the real answer is it Rich , double your fan base and you'll be in , that is something Widnes also had/have , and it is that which makes them a genuinely viable SL club , more viable than some already in there
