Great post - i agree. Prehaps all teams fans shouldnt bother going to Sheffield when they play them away? Whats the point for a friendly?

I was lead to believe they were all out for the NRC last season and I think they played some pre-season games. Whether that's a reflection of how well they did at the end the season I don't know.

That's a fair point, not one that I'd thought of. I'll see if it's on iPlayer still.

Widnes won at Fev tonight 22_16 my mate reckons Fev got ar$ed in the penalty count and smellies were 22_0 up.

an under 12's side wouldve beaten widnes in the last 10 mins, very worrying collapse but all the hard work done by that point

Rubbish!!! Despite all the pressure being put on us by the Ref giving everything your way we did very well to hold out for the win.

Terrific performance and some very handy players yet to come into that side. It wasn't all ball up the jumper stuff either despite the very poor conditions.

Fev will get better.. but I think we will too. Cracking comp in store this year.
