Widnes 5th.....
I have them 3rd. I really think Widnes will find it tough in the championship (although they'll definitely make the play-offs) They finished 7th in the super 8s winning once, and only won 3 SL games last year (having also finsihed bottom the season before) they still need plenty of recruitment, the bulk of their current squad are their academy players. They have some outstanding young players, but they need some experience with them. Purtill as coach is good business though.
Think the league's going to be cracking next year. Toronto will run away with it. They look even stronger than last year and signing Mcdermott + Wilkin will address the reason they missed out on promotion last year (discipline)
Toulouse have improved every year.
Fax are a good team with a settled squad with some good additions in QLT and rumoured Larroyer.
Few unknowns in there. Bulls returning, but look to have recruited well in Webster and Hitchcox.
Leigh, rumours of getting a decent PT team setup, but at the moment they have 3 players confirmed, need at least a 25 man squad for the long hard season ahead.
Fev - look in a bit of trouble at thr moment. Obviously will be bolstered by Leeds players, but that's still only 5 per game. A full strength 17 will give anyone a game, but again, its a long season.
York - riding on crest of a wave. Feel good factor. Great young coach and were best team in L1 last year. moving in new stadium too. Step up this year with every game tough.
My guess.
Toronto
Toulouse
Widnes
Fax
