the shay doesnt cause the football has a drummer for every home match which is probably why there is no sign. they should get one to put up for rugby matches though. how distracting could this be they could bang the drumb when one of there players has put the ball in the air from a kick and put the player catching it off by banging it sharply just as he is about to catch it this could cause problems.

I cant stand drums at games, I hate it Please, please Barrow fans DONT bring a drum.

I am pretty sure that the last time Barrow was at the Shay they brought a drum and it was in the Skirtcoat stand. The said musician played it all throuh the first half, driving everyone around absolutely mad. The stewards actually managed to "shut it up" in the second half, after many complaints.

Drums etc should be automatically banned. It does not create an atmosphere it creates anger and annoyance. Hope th Stewards tell the idiot do not bang it or you are out- however the Stewards down at The Shay are spineless and do not even stop idiots throwing plastic bottles etc!
