Thank god you did not make a snap judgement, otherwise you would look like a plank.

He has been with you a week! How many times will you have trained in that time?

Whether he fits in with your club or not this type of moronic behaviour says nothing about TH but plenty about you.

Thankfully most Fax fans understand the game and have greater maturity.

He's on loan for a month, we dont have a game next week. so has little chance to shine.

If it makes me a moron then so be it, but unles he starts playing like the player you say he is why should we want him

I just cant understand helping a SL club develop a talent when we have a player of our own who should be seeing some game time. If the coach thinks he isnt up to it then send him on loan to a team where he will get some time on the pitch. The lad is 17 and i cant see for the life in me how being sat in the stands is going to help him develop.

Am I right in thinking that with us not having a 2nd team, the only games young Bowman plays are when selected for the 1st team?

Sounds similar to when he had a spell at Batley. Hemmingway came with same expectations. Unfortunately for me he added nothing apart from he could kick goals for fun. Other than that his defense is worse than woeful similar characteristics to a speed hump and he seemed to just go thru the motions in attack. Not showing any real signs of brilliance.

I remember all the reports about him being the next big thing a few years back. It would seem that hes gone stale and happy to be a star when not injured in the reserves. Mention this on the Giants forum and you will get shot.

There were strong rumors’ that he was heading back to Batley 3 weeks prior to you lot signing him. He obviously saw the ££'s and took the easy route sitting pretty in a winning team.

Seems strange really that he didn't use the 6 weeks for Govins injury as a chance to have a good look at Bowman then. How else is the lad going to gain experience? Plus it's not like he would have the burden of been the only creative player on the field.

It does make you a moron. I agree with you there.

I am not saying you should want him. I am not saying he is good enough for you.

I am saying that calling him crap and shouting abuse at him says nothing about Th or Fax. It tells us plenty about your behaviour and judgement.

Why Loan in a player whos crap, I'd rather see an injured Govin lumber around the pitch than hemingway, that or give frank a go at Stand off, at least he'd play with some heart.

I wasnt happy with Hemingways performance on Sunday but was willing to give him a chance, After 2 games he's still shown no brilliance. If he was that good he would have shown some outstanding personal skill, without relying on the team around him. He hasn't added to what we have so time to get shut in my opinion, unless people are happyto see us as some team to carry players from SL sides who aren't good enough and to free up SL clubs slary cap space.

My sentiments exactly Brew.

Why the hell do we need to sign a young promising stand off when we already have one.

What a kick in the teeth for young Bowman.

As I said in previous post he look lost.
Young Bowman has talent and the physique I know he is only 17 but what about Myler and the young Dwarf lad up at Whitehaven?
Whats the point of having players and not playing them and bringing others in on loan? :?
Certainly need to re-group after last two performances.

It does because it was Calland who brought him in, find out the bus number to Calland's house to tell him to go home
