The Coach is responsible for: –
- structured and planned training sessions
- preparation of the players
- structure of the team game plan
- communicating this game plan to the players
- developing each players potential
- encouraging excellence in execution
- providing positive feedback and post game analysis to the players
- recruitment and retention, in some clubs
- contributing to, and being aware of, the importance of team morale.
