if coming from motorways, head down rochdale road until you get into sowerby bridge.



before the bridge, turn left where tesco is (don't go into tesco) and head up the hill on sowerby new road until you see the church

the church is located on the left hand side

Ian, come off at J 22 and follow the road towards Halifax. You pass through Ripponden and go on the A58 passing through Triangle. When you get to into Sowerby Bridge you drop down to a junction with a Railway line passing overhead and a pedestrian crossing underneath. Immediately BEFORE this is a sharp left turn up a road called Sowerby New Road. Go up this hill and at the top is St Peters Church on the left. On the right is a pub called The Church Stile. Post code is HX6 1HA if you have a sat nav.
