Don't know if this is divulging into his personal info (tho it was his facebook status so couldnt have been too personal)
but he said how pleased he was to get cheap RETURN flights back to Australia about 2 months ago. I thought that might of hinted summit but I dont know...

Return is the bit I think is more important. Fingers crossed he wants to stay & we want to keep him.
