Thing is that he did not use the help available- TJs! He should be helped by the RFL and told where he is making the errors (same as all Refs) and educated on how to improve his performance. Bollocking Refs or doing nothing is not going to improve them. Does anybody know if Refs are giving a match review by the RFL and what areas they need to work on in future?
