Hope without planning is about as futile as waiting for a harvest without planting

THE FIRST THING TO MAKE A DREAM COME TRUE,IS TO WAKE UP
Just goes to show that the toughest trips of the season are not yet out of the way. Not saying TO are a top team, but part time players will always struggle with such travel.
I expected Toulouse to come good especially at home. It will be usually very warm there and teams have to fly to play and the atmosphere is completely different. I expected Fax to lose 4 or 5 games this season. Them being Haven, Barrow, Widnes and Toulouse away and then thought we may lose if we are not switched in a home game against Widnes or away at Leigh or Fev. This League is tough and I for one am glad Toulouse are getting very good as then it makes the League even better to watch and it means more to win something when you have to play well week in week out rather than just every now and then like in SL where Seasons end Leeds and Saints walk away.
Does anyone know if the Toulouse 17=man squad was any different from that which got beat 70-0 by Widnes?
I only ask because if it is pretty much the same team, then the improvements have been tremendous and if they continue to improve at that rate they will be a big force in our league. However, if they have shipped some aussies in it takes the edge of it a little.
Like I siad back when they got hammered at widnes and everyone was poo-pooing them as a team that couldnt tackle etc...
their team hadnt played since may, and their players hadnt played since then as the french RL wouldnt let their players play in the frenchleague as they had joined the championship. rusty doesnt even cover it.
they are now getting up to speed, and are a real threat, not just at home.

So the French RL aren't bullied around and dictated to by Super League Europe like we are?
