Warrington Up to Second Spot Two tries from Joel Monaghan helped Warrington to an efficient 26-14 win over Wakefield at the Halliwell Jones Stadium and put them second in the table. The result leaves Warrington just one point behind leaders Huddersfield, while setting back Wakefield's play off hopes to leave them in tenth place, three points outside the play off positions. However, the match seemed more akin to a training contest rather than one which had significant Super League places at stake, in the sense that it severely lacked the intensity and flair that characterises many top level matches.
