Giant Performance Blows Bulls Away The second West Yorkshire derby of the Manchester Magic weekend saw the Giants take on a Bulls side who had already taken two points off earlier them in Superleague XVIII. The Giants needed the win to keep the pressure up on the league leaders, and the Bulls were eyeing sixth spot. The only real difference between the sides in the opening ten was a lack of discipline from the Bulls. Two quick penalties conceded by the Bulls gave the Giants good position and in a flowing move Robinson put Ferguson through a gap to score under the sticks making the Brough conversion a formality, and ending the deadlock.
