Just when you thought their legal system could not get dumber but no despite the number of mass shootings they approve a simplification of the carriage of guns. We now have the abolition of Roe V Wade virtually banning abortions in many states. I am a man but this is just dumb why don’t they come up with a pro life list and any child born because it couldn’t be aborted could be handed to them to look after.
The sad parts is the number of deaths of woman and her child are going to increase and making the carriage of guns easier. I guess it is their way of population control.

America  , a total and utter fruitcake of a country.

The founding fathers were all right wing nutcases, aka Republicans, thus the inbuilt Rep advantage in the voting system, and therefore the Supreme Court.

Biden only has one way out of this, and that’s by expanding the Supreme Court to add Four Justices.

Not easy considering 2 of the Democrat Senators are actually Republican in their beliefs and voting records :D

I thought they could keep the second amendment but restrict it to Muskets only which was the gun when it was first brought in. I had heard suggestions of increasing the Supreme Court the problem is that the next time the republicans get in they will look to increase it further.

The next thing they'll be doing is moaning about overpopulation.

There's too many Democrats who say this stuff without it being shot down. Sinema is a law unto herself but Manchin is the most liberal senator you are ever going to get from West Virginia, a state which voted for Trump by 40% margins over both Clinton and Biden. The only two options for that Senate seat are a very right wing Republican or Joe Manchin consistently voting through Biden's judges across the country but sometimes staking his independence on legislation.

The Dem's real problem is not Joe Manchin, the complete opposite in fact: It's a miracle they have a senator in that seat. Their real problem lies in poor candidates in Maine and North Carolina and elsewhere who failed to win winnable seats in recent election cycles so that Manchin isn't in the position of being the swing vote.

Yes but these judges lied to him because he accepted their statements that they thought Roe v Wade was now irreversible despite their known opinions. They were appointed by Trump did he need to know anything else the man broke every protocol to get them in and in one case rushing the last one through in quick time following the death of the most recent democratic judge.
The problem for America is that the majority of the ideological idiot judges are that they are relatively young and it is a life time post. I would worry what the next judgment they will look to bring in, I believe subtle hints have already been proposed.
