Very interesting. Documentary on planned obsolescence. We all fall into its trap.

Search for it on Utoob, seems censorship in the UK is on red alert.....

No, it was explained politely enough that you are not allowed to post direct links to YouTube unless you can demonstrate ownership of the item you are linking to. I also pointed out that there is no issue in explaining what the item is and where it can be found. Wanderer.

Planned obsolescence is built into just about every manufactured item. It's nothing new.

If products don't become obsolete, then there is little incentive to buy replacements for that item. I do wonder how many people who moan about planned obsolescence have iPhones, for instance.

I agree, I too have been caught in its trap, but I dont own an iphone.
