If it's in the daily mirror or the guardian you'll post it on here and believe it's gospel because they printed it, everything else like some others on here are just insinuations thrown in as though you know what your on with if that helps, a bit like your bezzie mate the other day quoting facts that guess what turned out they weren't facts at all, I see your lot were offering the electorate the moon on a stick yesterday darn in Brighton.

Sorry squire but, you're so wide of the mark that you've just hit the corner flag but, of course, like me, you are very welcome to express an opinion.
As for my bezzie mate, you seem to be trying to discredit me "by association" . I know who you are but, I dont know Scarlett, other than reading some of his posts. - Again, nice try but, another miss.

I've only got your word for it that I'm so wide of the mark, tell me where you get your information from regarding Boris & co, or like your fellow conspirators do you just make it up, I'm sure you don't have a direct line to Labour HQ so I can only assume you do the next best thing for you and that's hang on every word the Labour rags print, and remember this, having an opinion does not necessarily mean it's true, and can I take it by your comment on your alleged bezzie mate that your not too impressed by him with your eagerness to distance yourself from him :D

Oh dear.
We have now entered full jackanory mode.

As for my regular comments and distain for Bojo, you dont have to Einstein to see that he is a political "chancer".
2 years before the Brexit referendum he was pro European:

https://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/p ... 63781.html
https://www.standard.co.uk/news/politic ... 70296.html

Nuff said

I thought that one so worldly as your good self would have seen through him. Life really is full of surprises

As for my "bezzie mate", I merely pointed out that despite your false connection, I dont know the bloke.
You seem to be jumping to conclusions, squire.

(btw, I've tried to put links that aren't from the "Labour press", hopefully The Independent and Standard are acceptable.
There are literally hundreds more examples if you need them. Just type "Boris Johnson pro European" into your search engine.
There doesn't seem to be anything pre2016 where he advocated leaving

It would appear Labour haven't learned any lessons - £15hr is bonkers - how is this affordable wouldn't this simply lead to rampant inflation. Minimum wage in Germany is lower than here and we consider them the most efficient organised economy in the EU.

£28bn a year on climate change - seriously!!

Less said about a Cervix the better - I cannot believe this is an even been discussed - no male has a cervix like no female has a penis - these are not difficult concepts. Surely Labour have better stuff to discuss?

There's a global labour shortage, so a higher minimum wage maybe the stimulus needed to alleviate that.

As for spending on climate change? It's the biggest issue we face, and will have the biggest affect on our lives and the world economy in the years ahead. So, we need to be approaching it with the same ferocity we did with covid and ww2.

Labour's spending plans always seem to be portrayed a "stupid" and unaffordable.

However, with climate change, there will be a tipping point at some point in the future. We may already be there and then money wont be the problem.
My mum always said that money is no use to you when you're dead and she was right !

Labour really need to concentrate on being united and having some policies for the masses.
Talk about shooting yourself in the foot.

Right now, they seem incapable of organising the proverbial brewery pi$$ up

Climate change only works if its a global endeavour no point us bankrupting every citizen when the likes of China/India & the US don't care. Whilst ever we make policies due to NIMBY like fracking we will never achieve sustainable reliable energy. The likes of wind and solar are unpredictable at best irresponsible at worst. I fail to see why we don't go all in with nuclear?

I agree, although wind and solar aren't quite as "unpredictable" as you suggest.
As for nuclear, it's incredible that after so much time "we" havent been able to find a way of dealing with nuclear waste

China and India are a huge problem.

Despite being huge nations with over a billion people in each country, they are still "developing" nations and their thirst for energy is still growing quickly and it's difficult for countries like the US or Europe to tell them to cut their emissions and effectively try to "hold them back". The same, to a much lesser extent, applies to Africa.
