I doubt you will find many of the de Pfeffel party seeking the resignation of Starmer if and it is a big if found to have broken the law because they know it would be expected of every member of the government who actually set the rules to follow the honourable route and resign themselves. It would be a cruel irony if Starmer was to resign and Johnson remain in post, especially as the Sue Gray report, which is likely to be damning, will no doubt show just how prevalent the party culture was inside no 10 and there are very likely more fines to come.

I note that Raab does not count Scotland and Wales to be part of the U.K. when he suggested Labour’s success was down to London only.
