Finally after years, labour put forward a policy (thats been adopted) and didn’t Starmer flog it during PMQs this week. He’s so far of the pace to lead a Government it’s embarrassing. Labour should focus on bringing in a leader who resonates with the population rather than chasing Boris out the door.
Starmer could be forgiven for being "off the pace" (although I dont agree with your analogy), after all, he's only leader of the opposition.
However, your man (Johnson) and his side kick Sunak have waited MONTHS to take meaningful action over the cost of living crisis, MONTHS and even now, their solution is but, as sticking plaster.
What is most increddible is that Johnson said in Parliament that he "accepted full responsibility" for the goings on in No 10 during lockdown.
Given that there were 100+ fines (with some "parties" not even investigated), then, surely, he has to resign.
By not doing so, he clearly isn't "taking responsibility", unless, of course, he feels that he is above the law and that the illegal gatherings dont matter.
