There is no guarantee we will not be in recession if we stay in the EU - like it or not we voted to leave so what do the politicians do - just ignore the vote?

The Tories spending seems reasonable - they have to do something, continued austerity is not a vote winner but their numbers are at least believable - £250bn on a green initiative is quite simply lunacy.

The politicians shouldn't just ignore the vote but, when such stanch Tory remainers such as yourself, acknowledge that we could indeed be heading for a Brexit triggered recession, perhaps there is a stronger case than ever for asking whether, people would like to be worse off but, out of the EU or remain as they are and remain ?

At least we know that Farage and Boris have something in common, they are both compulsive liars.

No public election pact but, Farage has already broken his promise to "contest every seat" - I wonder what he will be doing after the election.
Mmm interesting ??

He has a habit of standing down after every election so, probably a nice cushy job in Boris's back office - no nepotism here though

Your job is to say to yourself on a job interview does the hiring manager likes me or not. If you aren't a particular manager's cup of tea, you haven't failed -- you've dodged a bullet.

There is no indication that the public view has changed - I would agree with another vote if it were no deal against remain and everything was out in the open.

All politicians are liars and that includes Corbyn and McDonald. You know as soon as they open their lips they are tells lies. When was the last time you ever heard a politician answer a question directly

Farage is an odious individual - he now realises that standing against the Tories leaves the backdoor open and if it closes behind him it will not open in his lifetime.

Donald Trump told Farage and Johnson not to stand against each other, today they confirmed they will follow Trump’s orders.

Vote conservative, get a Donald Trump puppet, this means, lower food standards, lower welfare standard, chlorinated chicken, and more privatised healthcare.

For every snowflake there seems to be at least one xenophobe

However, snowflake or not, I do believe that Trump did suggest this and even now, the Brexit - Con Alliance (do you like the name :D ) is gathering momentum and it would appear that Farage may be playing quite a clever game.
By only agreeing to step back from current Tory held seats, Farage could well end up holding the balance of power, which isn't great for anyone.

More extreme than Boris and happy to do whatever Trump wants, what do you think our futures will actually look like- Better or worse than we currently have ?

You'll be telling us next that there was no cyber attack on Labour HQ and that they are all "lefty snowflakes"

Some people are no longer capable of recognising the truth, which sadly helps the likes of Trump and Boris.
I did have to chuckle at the Tory representative on the daily politics program, trying to justify the Tory calculations of Labours spending plans and then squirming in her seat as the host suggested that the same formula be used to calculate the Tory spending pledges.

It seems like the current Tory lying mantra trickles all the way down to the foot soldiers.

Labour really need to come out fighting and get into their ribs.

I'm also curious as to how Farage is getting so much air time and yet The Libdems get somewhat less, despite having the greater number of MP's

Despite having a number of MEP's, the Brexit Party currently have zero Parliamentary MP's and yet Farage's ugly mug is all over the news every .day
