It's light for long enough in the summer as it is, being light any later won't tempt very many tourists.

This, however, isn't one of them.

There is no compelling economic case for the switch, no compelling safety case for the switch, and substantial downsides - not least of which would be cost.

I enjoy winters, must be one of the few. Hoping for some frozen lakes to do a spot of ice diving again, summer is for whimps !!!!!
