To pare prices to the bone corners have to be cut, the drive to the bottom has affected customer service, if you have an issue with that then spend the extra and but in store.

To save time i was doing most of my shopping online; as a nightclub DJ my busiest time of year is christmas and new year so this is the only way i get to do most of my shopping.

To be fair, i'd only ordered a cd and the price difference between them and anywhere else was about a pound - i just used them for convenience.

Why on earth a large company like Sainsburys are sending RM 1st class packages without sending them recorded is beyond me.

Mainly because the customer won't pay the extra.

Agreed, have one go missing though and you have a world of pain, larger parcels come via Yodel, enough said.
