I had my bike pinched from my garage the other night. Luckily, one of our neighbours has a camera set up covering his drive which also shows the toe-rags commiting the crime and he was kind enough to give me a disc with the footage. They only appear for a few seconds and they are too far away to show any facial detail.

The police were informed and an electronic copy given to them, but they told me that unless they catch them, I won't hear anything more from them.

What is the best way to select a snapshot of the best moment, zoom into their image and obtain a copy for printing, so that I have an idea if they show up again.

Do you know what format the CCTV is taken in?

Where abouts in Warrington was your bike stolen. A lad had his £800 bike stolen from outside of Wilkies last monday teatime. Could be same bloke/team

It was the same night, the 28th, stolen from my house in Woolston. They appear to be around 14 to 15 years of age. One looks like he has a mullet or long hair at the back (almost feel sorry for him).

Not sure about the format, will try to find out.

You need to realise before you get your hopes up that it's not like on TV and you can't zoom in, click the "enhance" button and get a perfect image. You could try DVDVideosoft It's a complete package of tools that handles most formats of video.
