Push ups I've never minded, people with waist sizes like me and G1 aren't designed to a) run and b) support the play!

You might want to leave Gareth out of that particular equation - I can remember a game at Hull where someone made a 70 yard break down the wing (Kirk?) and when he finally got tackled the only two players up with him for the play the ball were Mr Allen and myself.

Lost a 2 point lead to a last minute try after a succession of about four penalties from the home ref in front of our sticks.

No complaints though and those comments are not sour grapes, intended to diminish York's win or to criticise the ref. Just an explanation of why we've taken such a positive from a defeat.

We've not really got close to York before but gave them a real scare on their own patch last night and we cam away feeling we should have won so onwards and upwards etc!
