What time we (she) needs to be there

Erect beer tent at 11.30, pitch other tents at 11.45. Registration at 12.00. Kick off Games 1pm - 5pm.
5-7pm Live band on pitch and BBQ. 7pm prize giving. 9.30 Disco and Karaoke till late!
Midnight I turn into a pumpkin and then into my tent!!

Everything is in place now for the Festival. We had an incredible training session tonight were we had over 50 people turn up!!!

Gather your kits, tents and beer at B&Q/Maplins at 10.30am or at the venue at 11.30am. I shall have a spare seat in the car and will take a spare tent if necessary.

I trust that you are all kitted out and have managed to buy, borrow or otherwise procure tents!

Gregor, are you and Kirk camping also?

If you have any cooler boxes, etc please get them chilled and fill them with the beer ready for the Beer Tent! Oh yes, I was serious!!

Scott, did you have a good trip and have you got the sign ready?
