The 2012 Rochdale International Mixed Tag Rugby League Festival has been launched.
The 2012 event takes place on Saturday the 2nd of June and it promises to be the biggest and best ever! Already Europe's Largest Adult Rugby League Festival there has been interest from Malta and nearer to home Nottingham as well as all the usual sides. It looks like the record 27 teams that attended in 2011 will be surpassed and the 32 team limit will be reached. The entry fee has been held at £100 per team for a 2nd year running and represents fantastic value. For your entry fee you get admission into the Friday Night welcome party and BBQ after the International Tag Challenge which saw Wales and England share the spoils last time. Saturday:- Entry for your team (max 13 players) into the Festival, playing against teams from across Europe and the UK as well as Kiwi, Fijian and Aussie rep teams, trophy presentation by a leading Rugby League personality. Then its the legendary post Festival party with a live entertainment. We hope to secure the Jackson Kay Band after they brought the house down last year. All this plus your camping pitch for the entire weekend. It promises to be EPIC!!
