Teams where asked what they wanted you and leeds had taken the no contact rule.

The rest of the league where ok with minimum contact so if i use my Mathematical ability your outnumbered 8 to 2 im sure thats democracy but hey what do i know !!!

what a pratt he is, the best way around it for everybody is kick Rochdale Swarm out of ower league. let him start his own league with his own rules, then he will be happy, he is trying to take over the running of this league, get rid of him, nowt but a trouble

I can't see why everyone in complaining, all Mark has said is that rochdale will default to the RFL rules rather than the admended rules. As it happens, Wakefield will be doing the same.

Some great diplomatic skills on display here! Rather than being insulting can I suggest people don't post in the heat of the moment? Comments like those above cause more harm than good.

I'm a bit confused. The new rules seem to differ from those that were sent around a few weeks back. That first set seemed pretty clear, now we seem to have another set where teams can decide on the day what they want in terms of contact.

Is it down to teams to agree what rules they are following before each game? I suggest that this is done well in advance or you'll get some farcical situations.

Just for the record Leeds do not play a game that allows any fending or "putting the shoulder in". We won't be playing any games where that is allowed.

Thats exactly what ive tried to tell him all today for some reason he isn't able to listen.

You had fending of tags today didnt you played in the right spirit i believe no problems at all what was the final score.

I dont see a big problem with these rules as it gives all teams a chance to play to there different stylesif leeds and rochdale want to go with the Tournement rules then they have every right to if other teams want to change them 2 rules they can also it gives the teams enoght flexibility to keep everyone happy.

Which is what after all its all about ill lock this now and we can all chat and have a nice cup of tea at the meeting (Yorkshire Tea) that is.
