Despite his love handles your personal hate figure Blair looked solid and assured and dare I say reasonably classy for the 35 minutes or so he was on the pitch against Leeds. I expect him to play off the bench again v Wakefield for about 40 minutes at loose forward.
Cockayne should keep his place, Bailey will be a direct squad replacement on the bench for Donaldson and I can only hope Chester sees sense and plays Salter at left centre as the lesser of 2 evils in place of Welham.
I reckon Boudebza and Welham will be left out of the 19.
Does anybody else have alternative thoughts ? |

Going to need our biggest pack for this one. The Wakie fans seem to think that's our soft underbelly, and their going to beat us down the middle.
Welham has to be dropped, that performance last weekend was a 'how not to gain a new contract' type performance.
Dixon might be the other to miss out.

I agree, Campese's tackling was woeful at times. Made worse by the efforts from Welham. Out of the two, Welham has to be dropped. |

I agree with that.
But, Mr Pickering Red, could he be even better? How good could Teddy Blair be if he was properly fit?
Anyway. Looking forward to the game. My helmet and body armour is finished, so my handsome face and life will be protected. |
